Most physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Digital products, gift cards, downloadable items, food products, perishable goods, opened personal care items, and products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Email returns@dealseverydayonline.info with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once your request is approved, we'll arrange a free pickup within 2–3 business days where pickup service is available.
Returned products are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, accidental damage, missing accessories, or altered packaging may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Since Deals Everyday Online currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds are processed using the refund method provided by our customer support team. Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement whenever stock is available. If a replacement cannot be provided, an eligible refund will be issued.
